Rental terms and conditions

• The booking will be valid upon receipt of a non refundable 25% deposit.
• The remainder of the rental cost will need to be paid upon arrival.
• Holiday tax will need to be paid on top of the rental cost.
• A deposit will be required upon arrival in addition to the rental cost.
• The deposit will be refunded within two weeks of departure, with deductions made for any breakages.
• Animals are not permitted.
• Please bring your own linen (sheets for two single beds, towels, tea towels, etc.), linen can be provided upon arrangement.
• Please leave the studio as you find it.
